Im a student, in the US for almost 2 years, and looking for a organized place, I have no problems with some noises eventually, some life in the house. I stay almost the intire day out and stay at home on sundays usually to do my errands. Very opened minded, like to talk, friendly with dogs and cats and music. Very organized and I like to keep everything clean, specially the bathroom.
