Our place is modern & very quiet. You’ll love this private room on the ground floor because of it's privacy, serenity and cleanliness. Hardwood floors and Italian porcelain tile floors, granite vanity & counter top in the private bathroom, both shower and tub, great ambiance, nice people, safe prestigeous Covina Hills neighborhood and quiet all the time. Only two working people live in this large house, one of whom lives upsters, no kids in the house & no other rooms are rented out. Central air & heat, cable TV with HBO, WIFI, fully furnished with a comfortable queen size bed & matress, mirrored dresser, lots of drawers for storage, night stands, TV, chair, a large wall to wall mirrored closet, inside laundrey room (two loads per week max) towels and bathroom supplies. Close to the freeways, shopping centers, restaurants, fast food places, supermarkets & parks. Kitchen is not included and there as there are no cooking previlages, however the microwave can be used to warm food only, not cooking. We will provide you with a shelf in the refrigerator and a shelf in the kitchen cabinets. The room is for one person only. No visitors are allowed in the house. A perfect place to sleep & relax in. Payment in cash upon arrival.
