Cindy is Looking for a House to Rent

I enjoy meeting new people, but I have never had to live in a family house that wasn't my own, this is new to me. I was a homeowner for 25 years so I respect property and people. I'm retired and I'm pretty much a homebody. I like to cook, garden, sew. I don't party, use drugs or smoke. I like most kinds of music, all animals, especially dogs. Currently, I only have one cat now. He is leash trained and will never bother anybody as he is very timid. I have never rented a room before, but I would like a roommate that's somewhat quiet but not dead! My preference would be a place of its own, like a back house or a bedroom with a private bath and access to the outside.
