This is a shared living space. There are two houses on the property. There are anywhere between 15 - 20 people living between both houses. The house never feels crowded because everyones on a schedule. There are dedicated work areas where you can set up your laptop & be undisturbed entirely. There is a private studio in which you can utilize for this like music production, editing, self tapes & whatever else the space permits. It’s fairly easy to ensure you get in a daily workout, because the gym is in house! This place is great for motivated & hard working individuals. Whether you’re an Artist, Athlete, Student or just looking for a place to crash for an extended period of time. This place can & will accommodate your needs for an affordable price!
