Jon is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

I'm currently a mid level manager at Uhaul, with a masters degree in business (MBA) from the University of Maryland; however, I'm looking to move to Alexandria to get access to more management positions inside the DC beltway. I'm a former Army National Guardsman and was a defense contractor for 15 years doing database management, with one tour in Afghanistan as a contractor. I've been slowly transitioning to non-government work as a civilian and feel I will have better opportunities inside the beltway than my current location in Fredericksburg, VA. This is why I'm shopping for a rented room in Alexandria. I'm super chill and drama free. I picked up a new hobby of investing, so I'm a super-saver and don't do DC nightlife like I did when I was younger. As a result, I do a lot of FREE activities such as hiking, working out, walking, jogging, and watching documentaries on TV or YouTube. I have years of experience in a roommate situation during college and as a defense contractor. Lastly, I'm a registered sex offender and still currently on probation. I'm looking for a male roommate that does not consider this as a disqualifier, and just needs someone who is super-chill, drama-free, respectful, and pays rent on time.
