Brad is Looking for a Room to Rent

Why I’d be a great roommate? I am good with boundaries - both expressing my own, and respecting, even helping others draw, their own. Clean? My own space I keep tolerably clean, but I can be as clean as would be appreciated for house mates. I pride myself on being helpful when needed. I am former Buddhist monk of over 20 years and recently I was a caregiver for 10 years. I am perceived as withdrawn a bit, I love solitude, but also love warm community vibes. I expect I’ll be out of the house most days visiting my mother or exploring nearby nature. I imagine mostly, after arriving in Calgary, I’ll be on the hunt for cute cafes I can adopt, and spend days writing and reading. At home I will play my guitar several hours a day, but I mostly play acoustic and am very anxious not to disturb others. (In fact, I’m self conscious if others can hear). I am very interested in psychology, and a little too interested in politics - especially now. I have strong opinions (I’ll admit it straight up), but consider myself a good listener and really value hearing opposing viewpoints.
