Toshia is Looking for a House to Rent

We are a couple. 40 and 46, feel 25 lol. We are clean, very quiet and keep to ourselves. We've been together 16 years. We never fight. No children. Honestly I think we are perfect roommates:) willing to pay extra since there's two of us. He smokes only ever outside fat from the house....he won't even smoke in the car. Promise we are down to earth. Super easy to get along with and you'll always find us happy and in a great mood. We never leave a mess when we walk away you'll wonder if we were even there or wonder if a cleaning crew came thru:) please don't let us being a couple stop you from renting....promise you'll be happy you choose us as your roommates. We are responsible people and curtious of others spaces. We know how to follow rules and all that good stuff. I love kids but don't have any that even live in California still ...and animals we adore dogs very much but don't have any as our baby little tiny Chihuahua girl passed away in 2024 after 14 years of good times. Anyhow We used to rent out a room in our home for years and we understand that side of it very much. Give us a chance and let's meet. We are open to areas around Palmdale.
