I am a very responsible person. I am clean, organized, respectful, laid back, kind-hearted, caring, and no drama. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. I do not have any pets, though I don't mind if you do, (I love animals). I have an excellent and clean credit score and background check. I am semi-retired and relocating to be near my family. I am looking for the same kind of people to live with and rent from in a clean and safe environment. I am looking for utilities to be included with my budget, a private bathroom and bedroom, a dedicated parking space, and laundry facilities in the house.
