Hagar is Looking for a Room to Rent

I work a lot so I will rarely be there. I’m 41 year old straight female. But a youthful fun down to earth 41. I have 2 jobs I need a place on the bus line. I don’t mind pets s long as they and the house is being kept clean and odor free. I’m very respectful and clean. I prefer my own bathroom but will share with a female who is also very clean and sanitary. I would want a lock on my door nd prefer someone who doesn’t have a bunch of non relatives company in and out. Especially a bunch of diffrent males. Looking for another female who also works. I also would prefer month to month to start out with to make sure we both like living together and possibility to sign a longer lease if so. If anything opportunity to make some extra cash for a few months. I have no kids or pets prefer you have no kids. I’m friendly and non judgmental. I do want a place that doesn’t have bed bugs or roaches!!!!
