Levi is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

I've been living in Sunnyside for over a year, but my landlord has asked me to move out by the end of February for his family's accommodation. I'm looking to rent this place and share the common space with current tenants. I'm a respectful male tenant with strong boundaries. Over the past year, I’ve never brought guests home, hosted parties, or played loud music. I don’t cook and always keep the bathroom clean, including brushing the toilet. My current landlord can verify all of this if needed.
