Susan is Looking for a House to Rent

I’m mature, sensible pay my rent on time no drama, friendly also value privacy. Pick up after myself and my friendly Labrador dog. Art history instructor (college) love nature and gardens. Moving closer to job I’ve worked for 18 years. Non-smoker. Have references, paid rent on time for 30 years . Plusses: safe enclosed yard/patio for supervised play w dog. Love children, just cautious about door or gate left open, dog run into street… so could work with a family schedule. One primarily outdoor cat, worth his weight in gold- will control any pest problem (certified) Doesn’t chase birds. Or can stay inside (hes inside at night and cold weather) small space in a shed or garage with some natural lighting (can open door) would be wonderful because I’m also a tidy professional painter of pictures, for 40 years. Oderless paints. Shared bath and kitchen ok. I don’t make huge meals and keep kitchen tidy. I respect any Covid/concerns you may have. I’m healthy thankfully.
