Sierra is Looking for a House to Rent

Hey there. I'm a 36 year old tradesperson looking to get a house or townhouse. I'd like a yard and garage. I can't get all of that by myself and unfortunately, I don't know anyone I'd like to live with or that's looking 😅🤣 I'm super easy going, funny, a good cook and an artist. I have a senior dog and old cats. They're all awesome and super chill. I'm born and raised in Calgarian. I have a cabin in the mountains. I'm open to almost anywhere in the city besides the NE east of deerfoot and the SE east of deerfoot down to Ogden. (Nope I don't want to live in the ghetto 🤣😅) I like the west side of the city, grew up in the sw and most recently lived in Bowness (the nice ghetto) The new builds on the outskirts of town aren't really my style either. I like older homes or the townhomes that have been built over the past 20 years, some are really unique with lots of space. I have a part time gardening business in the spring to fall so wherever we wind up it will always look good. I'm respectful, responsible, approachable and reasonable. It would be nice to become friends but I'm very much a loner and respect your space as well. I'm not a cold person, I just keep to myself. I help whenever needed.
