I have a great work ethic. Organization is something I excell in but not in the obsessive way. I can adapt to change very easily and I wholeheartedly believe that communication is the key to success in all environments wether it be a relationship, co-workers, friendships, roommates et cetera. If you communicate well or put some effort into it you'll live a happier life and thrive instead of allowing things to fester and become compliant in your brain. Within reason, accept others for who they are even their idiosyncrasies and faults because those are essential to make a person human and unique. Don't judge someone on the chapter you walked in on. That could be you some day so be kind, patient and understanding because your life can change in an instant for the worst but thankfully it can also change for the better. Grab life by the horns and make some fresh lemonade if you're ever been thrown lemons. If life were easy then id say you're doing it wrong but have the sugar ready for when life throws a lemon at you, work through the anger, talk through your sadness then make that lemonade so you can learn from it and become wiser and happier.
