Leah is Looking for a Room to Rent

I am a bi-coastal omnivore socialist; who loves to sleep, eat, and laugh. I am a personal organizer, pet-sitter, and am in school for cannabis business management. Being curious, direct, and empathetic allows me to authentically connect with a variety of people. In my home life, I tend to stay more secluded. My room is my retreat. However, I do enjoy occasional roommate activities. I will from time to time have a friend over, but I'm most likely to socialize out of the house. A lifetime ago, I was an actor. I still occasionally dabble in entertainment. I'm not always singing but occasionally I will practice a song. With my lifestyle, I don't keep regular corporate hours. I like to travel and may take trips on short notice. I have a home in the PNW and am seeking to buy a place in the NYC area. I cook and workout regularly. Meaning, I require full use of both the kitchen, and bathroom. I keep communal spaces clear of debris. I may leave a pot soaking overnight; but when I do the dishes, I don't just do my own. If an issue should arise, I expect blunt communication so it can be resolved. I do not recognize the bait of a passive aggressive gesture. I'm passionate about the bathroom. It HAS to be clean. Drains must drain. No visible mildew or mold smell. Meaning, we do a weekly clean. Otherwise, I'm a chill housemate. I pay my rent on time, always. I don't stir up drama; but who doesn't love to hear the goss? Lol I have "read the room" manners, and bring light everywhere I go. Hence, the need for a place to peacefully recharge.
