Kyle is Looking for a House to Rent

Hello, I have recently made some big life changes pertaining to a serious long term partnership relationship as well as proudly saw my daughter off to her first year in the U.S. to attend Michigan state University on a athletic/acedmic scholarship 70% covered to play Division 1 Hockey and most importantly complete her studies in Psychology, I am gainfully employed full time as I am a RED SEAL 443A Industrial Millwright as well as a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer, I have a dog named Devine who has been with me since a few weeks after she was born, she is 14years old which is getting up there for a dog , she is the quietest best behaved loving kind and gentle animal you have ever seem , she is a midsized dog with excellent training and she never makes a mess. With that being said she is temporairly staying with a relative as I transition into my next living situation and she can remain there if the place I find available doesnt accept pets ( it would have to be a substantially special place for me to consider this to begin with, or a shorter say 3 month term max type arrangement) this would be the time it would likely take for me to get settled and establish the comforts of my own personal routine as far as work and life goes while living out of such residence locations, I believe in being transparent and direct with things that are informative and understood to be of relevance or importance to others, Not to say I am rude or aggressive by any means, Just that I wouldn't catch you off guard with a suprise like Hey I am moving out at noon kind of deal.With that statement I do fully intend to be living in a place of my own by the latest 2026january or sooner and would like any potential arrangements with a rental / room in the immediate future to reflect such in the lease or mutual understanding handshake deal whatever your preffered method of details etc go. I would continue to follow through with my end of a 1 year lease/rental agreement if that is the terms of any property I liked and fit well with my needs and such I would commit to the 1 year with the understading that after 9 months should I like to leave and vacate my stay , that I could sublet the remainder of my terms time to another capable person. I play and watch sports, stay in shape by exercising and reading alot, I love music and entertainment explorations with a friend. I keep to my self for the most part monday to friday with the exception to the women i am dating we obviously spend time together frequently or communicate often, but aside from this I tend to leave my place if I am seeking social interactions and do not see house guests often , exception may be the rare ,odd after work interaction here and there but often or not it is me talking and keeping in touch with family friends or my parnter on a phone call or video call , I am outgoing as well as private and exercise both based on a case by case bases if that makes sense. So I dont mind and do enjoy a nice conversation especially anything that is thought provoking but it is not neccisary to force any thing with me, I can leave my room mate to there own devices just as easy as I can check in with them from time to time and shoot the breeze.I am respectful , curtious, kind with a a sense of humor .
