I'd be a good roommate because I've got a steady income and I'm very clean and organized and I'm a quiet and respectful person I keep to myself most of the time and I don't have many guests that would visit and disrupt anything or anybody. I'm well manored and will respect other tenants that also live on the property or in the dwelling. I don't affiliate with criminals or criminal activities. I don't make messes for other residents to have to clean up. I'm also easy to get along with no drama or conflict issues to deal with. Plus I'm flexible and I can work with whatever situation that may come up. And I also don't have any kids or pets to deal with either.
