Molly is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hi, I'm Molly Jane, and I am a 44 year old female from Montana. I've lived in Iowa for 5 years, mostly in Urbandale. I am a student at Grand Canyon University going for my Batchelor degree in Addictions Counseling. I have kids, but they are grown and live in Montana. I am clean, I am a kind person, I have been in just about every situation you can imagine so I am very accepting of everyone and their lifestyle. I have no preference of gender or if you have kids. I do have two cats. One female one male who is neutered. I need a place to rent, I am planning on paying for the whole year or 6 months. I need my own room and will share a bathroom. I am responsible and will share the apartment responsibilities. I do vape but don't smoke. I am looking forward to leaving my situation right now and meeting my new roommate. I am very friendly.
