Caitlin is Looking for a House to Rent

Well, my name is Caitlin but, I'd prefer to be called Kate please. I'm 38y.o. single woman who's 5"7, white part French-Canadian & 1/4 Japanese with a slim built, very athletic, enjoy music of all sorts, overly love to keep my personal space very clean and organized at all times plus, always enjoy helping around the rest of the home too. I can cook pretty well and I'm also very independent in taking care of my daily routines & taking care of getting my G.E.D. atm, which I just started back in October/2024 so, I pretty much work at it from home by online and if needed, able to go to the centre from Mon-Fri.: 10:30am-7:00pm if I need in person help too. So, I do not drink and, or do drugs but, I do smoke cigarettes maybe no more than 6-8 a day and will always do them off of the property ONLY. I also, have a 2 y.o. tabby indoor ONLY Cat named, Baby and I've had him since he was 2 1/2 mths old plus, immediately took care of his shots, had him fixed and also, he's Microchipped and Tattooed & I had him registered as ME, as the primary and only owner to him, all at the same time. Also, he's a very, very independent and overly friendly Cat but, would prefer to keep him in my own, private room but, if the other roommate is more than comfortable with allowing the Cat to adventure out throughout the rest of the home too; I can confirm that he will not become any kind of problems. Anyways.....I'm very quiet, patient, helpful, funny, kind-hearted, enjoy learning new skills, I tend to sleep in usually around 9-10am but, always heading into bed by 10-11pm and I tend to meet up with the few friends I have outside of my private home except, I do, get weekly visits with my Dad since, he was diagnosed with cancer last year and is currently going through Chemotherapy right now ok. So, I'm very easy going, polite, and more than willing, to make our lives go smoothly and full of peace, no matter what the day may bring for US. Also, I do have a few references if needed
