Looking for a roommate or someone wanting to find an apartment and split deposit,rent,monthly expenses ect. Females only! I’m willing to split rent and all monthly cost (food, utilities,ect) if you have a car I’d be willing to help with gas as well (obviously at a reasonable amount) would prefer to met or at least ft first. I don’t care if you have kid or a animal I’ll help watch either or but if you do have a kid and want a 3br I’d expect you to pay the expenses of their bedroom only I’ll be willing to help with the rest of their needs! Also again females only single unless your s/o is a transgender female or female (I DONT WANT A MAN LIVING WITH US I don’t care if you have a bf that comes over time to time but for both of us we need to let each other know when there coming and leaving and prefer you to be there whenever they are and same for me!) anyways thats abt it text me I’ll send my info so we can talk more😭 but that’s my rant🤷🏾‍♀️ ALSO HAVE TO HAVE STABLE INCOME (legal please)
