Tashmit is Looking for a Condo to Rent

I am originally from Mumbai and moved to Texas for doing a second masters in 2016. I moved to Canada in 2020 in Toronto and then to BC in 2022. I work for the Federal Government (full time - indeterminate) on site Mon to Friday from 8 to 4. I am extremely clean and the reason I am moving from my current place is because I am tired of my roommate not keeping the place clean and me having to clean for him. I value integrity and strong ethics - keep things to myself and prefer to not share things with anyone. (Although certain things are convenient to share). I keep a low profile and on weekends I visit my partners place in Vancouver or my partner will come over. More often, I am the one who goes, so you have some weekends for yourself or have a company at the place. I have a credit score of 804, and can provide any documents and references necessary. If you have a room that you would like to share, I will be interested. I am also open to team up and find a place to lease together - please I am only looking for people who can keep the place clean and respect the space.
