Annie is Looking for a House to Rent

I was founder and the co-owner of a small service business for 30 years, working in MD, PA, VA, WV - complete management, creating contracts, proposals, letters, postcards, flyers & advertising, Database creation & management, scheduling, Fire Education outreaches & published Articles, I've also worked as a gov contractor, as a Technical Editor with Top Secret Clearance, as a Tariff Typist, a Commercial Credit Investigator, as a Home Care worker for wheelchair-bound clients - doing medical transport, tracking & delivering meds, cleaning house, caring for dogs. I lived on small livestock farm for 30+ years, caring for dogs, cats, cows, goats, 2 horses, maintaining 6+ acres of property virtually by myself. I've operated tractor & backhoe, zero-turn mowers, snow blowers. I have 2 grown children, and 4 living grandchildren - who do not live nearby. I was a member of the NFPA, local Civic Assn, Neighborhood Watch program, Victor Cullen Academy Community group, school volunteer programs (my whole adult life), and Art groups. I enjoy music, musical instruments of all kinds. I also enjoy Activity very much - exercising, bike riding, motorcycle riding, and most all recreational activities. I also seek opportunities to teach children, and assist senior citizens whenever possible. While I am in my 68th year, an active lifestyle has built my strength and stamina greatly, so I have few limitations. I enjoy reading, playing keyboard, and learning ANYthing, as well. I am not a "clean fanatic", but am used to an organized, clean household with order, not confusion. I did much toward house/property maintenance, with no aversion to hard work; and home repairs done for myself. I do not enjoy "party" environments. I do not habitually drink alcohol, nor do I digest drugs - legal or otherwise. I also enjoy caring for and training animals of all kinds. I prefer a relatively quiet environment in my home, and going to bed at an earliesh time. Clean bathroom is a must. I am honest to a fault, and speak directly, not rudely or in any condescending manner. Mutual respect is also a Must, to me.
