Hello my name is Timothy Evans and I'm an older man aged 58 very quiet and laid back. I'm a home person and do not run the streets nor do I have visitors. I work at FAMU and I need to rent a room within the next two weeks, and having roommates is fine as well, as well as the LGBT/ Trans community.
