Melissa is Looking for a Room to Rent

My partner Pierce and I are seeking a room to rent with a month to month situation. Let me tell you a bit about us... I'm Melissa, 39 years young, and Pierce is 35. We've been attached at the hip for the last 4 years - seriously, we're like an old married couple but without the bickering! In fact, we're each other's best friends. You'll never catch us arguing, just two peas in a pod who genuinely enjoy each other's company. As for our living habits, we're the definition of low-maintenance. I've been a workaholic at Sierra Nevada Brewing for the past 2 years, though thankfully the restaurant now closes at 9pm so no more late nights for this gal! When I'm not chugging coffee and slaving away, I'm pursuing my dual associates in real estate and behavioral science. Quite the Renaissance woman, I know. Meanwhile, Pierce is a full-time student who loves nothing more than tinkering with his bikes and shredding some tunes on his trusty guitar. He also comes with a built-in cat entertainment system in the form of our two feline friends, Skitchy (age 14, AKA the best cat in the world) and Lucy-Furrr (age 2, AKA the furry terror who keeps us on our toes). So there you have it - two quiet, clean, and incredibly chill roommates who can provide you endless amusement through our antics. We're flexible and would be happy with a month-to-month arrangement.
