I have an excellent rental history with no evictions. I've been renting for the last 5 years in Maricopa. Prior to that, I rented the same house for 27 years. I only allow a handful of friends/family to know where I live as it is. So I don't allow tons of people in and out of any home I rent. Also, I have never been late with a single rent payment either. I am very easy going/open minded, so... Lastly, I am looking to rent a room due to how astronomically high rent has skyrocketed, almost overnight
