I'm looking for a room in a house or townhouse. I don't smoke cigarettes, cannabis or vape. I'm very clean, tidy, organized, quiet and respectful. I mind my own business and pay my bills on time. I have my own bedroom furniture including a queen size bed, some kitchen stuff like a crock pot & blender. I have a bicycle and use public transportation to get around. I'm a former IT professional and now on disability benefits. In other words retired. I can provide you with references, if required. Also if necessary I'm willing to get a criminal check.
