Savannah is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hey! I'm Savannah / Sav preferably! I'm currently 19 and will be 20 soon after the date I'm looking to move in. My current lease ends August 30, so I am looking to be able to get my things moved earlier in that week. I have been living alone the past three months since my previous roommate moved out, but I am a very social person and I miss having someone else in the same living space with me. As a roommate I would love to form a friendly relationship and bond with whoever I'm living with and do some things, but not necessarily everything, together as friends outside of being roommates! I can put up about $700 a month for rent, utilities, and other expenses. I can have some flexibility with that, but would definitely prefer to stay under $700. I do have a dog and a cat, though my cat may end up living with my grandmother as she moves into assisted living? (they bonded <3) so she may not be in the picture at the beginning or through the duration of the lease, depending on how much longer my grandmother is around to keep her... but! I will have a dog. As a newly adopted foster/rescue the things we know about him are limited at the moment, but we think he's around 7 years old and mostly a white lab with some mix. He is extremely friendly, though will bark when someone gets near and/or enters the house. He has never been aggressive to me or any of the fosters he has been with and is also very well behaved and decently trained to the basics. I do plan to register him as my emotional support animal and further, if possible with his age and abilities, get some service training with him too. Lastly, on that note about myself; I have some medical issues but nothing terminal or big and scary! Just some chronic illnesses that leave me dynamically disabled! (Dynamically meaning effecting more or less at different times!) The only crucial physical ailment that I bring into a symbiotic roommate relationship is that I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten or come into any cross contamination. I would LOVE to have GF/celiac roommates, but if you are not gluten free and interested in living with me, don't fret! I will supply my own utensils and cookware, as well as buying my own GF groceries of course, so all that would be required at the bare minimum of coexistance with me would be don't touch my food stuff!!! The only other important factor I come with in regards to my health is that I am immunocompromised, and getting any type of cold or minimal sickness puts me at far greater risk of becoming ill to a hospitalization degree, so I would appreciate caution around that, but also don't expect anyone but myself to be hypervigilant to the cause. Only other roommate need-to-knows I can think of is that I would prefer an LGBTQ+ safe environment and an all female or female &queer household.
