Alex is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hi!! My name is Alex :) they/him pronouns! I'm a 19 year old Carleton Uni student. Move in date is asap & flexible (can potentially be mid to end july, or later august, need to sublet my current location). My budget will likely be able to be higher depending on employment as I am prepared for most of my income to go to rent! I'm really hoping to find (a) fellow queer roomate(s) as I'm nonbinary & neurodivergent. I do tend to be very extroverted. I like playing guitar/singing and especially enjoy hosting small parties, but I am clean, respectful- and I love to bake for others :) I drink socially and have no issues with a roomate using other substances. I smoke socially but am totally okay to avoid doing so around the area. Would also be so down to be friends! I don't yet but am highly interested in adopting a cat! I also really enjoy plants & propagating vegetables, so I would really love to find a place with a balcony. Hoping for somewhere with easy transit between CU and downtown, but I'll take what I can get!
