Carla is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hello there! I'm seeking a room for Feb 1 (month to month/6 or 12 month lease). My budget is around CAD$800-900. The location must be close to transit and stores. I live a healthy, drama-free lifestyle. I have witnessed that SOME LANDLORDS DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT because they want to get away with it. If YOU ARE one of those, you don't want to have me as a tenant then. I'm quiet and don't smoke (...anything) or do any substances. I have a multilingual and multicultural background and love all things art-related. I want my roommates to respect my space, the rules of the lease, and my food lol. I'm very friendly and pleasant but I do mind my own business and expect the same in return.
