Robbie is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hey there, My name's Robbie. I come from South Florida, born and raised in Miami. Ironically my ability to speak Spanish is not great but I understand a very fair amount. I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. I'm also very neat and tidy with my living and shared spaces. I'll admit i'm a bit of a wallflower, but I like outgoing and kind people. I enjoy my solitude but I like to socialize when I can. I also prefer to work from home. Normally I'll spend my free time studying or exercising, if I'm not playing video games or watching TV. I'm looking for a responsible roommate who is interested in renting an apartment or house together. Even if you are a new renter; As long as you are responsible, *clean*, and not too rowdy, we'll most likely make a good pair. I am very 420 friendly, but do prefer it to be done outside. If you consume tobacco, please let it be done away from the apartment. Drinking is fine too of course, as long as you can take care of yourself and clean up afterwards.
