Sierra is Looking for a House to Rent

Looking for a place to rent as a single mom - is so HARD! Considering looking for a roommate to share expenses with. I have a well behaved and quiet 9 year old daughter. I have full custody but she visits her father every weekend during the spring - fall (he works away in the winter). I have two cats. They’re great cats- ones friendly ones miserable but neither cause any trouble, aside from fighting eachother.. they are not friends even after growing up together. Looking to rent a three bedroom place, my daughter and I could take the smaller rooms and roommate could have the master. Worst case, a two bedroom and I can make it work for my daughter and I (who demands to sleep in my bed nearly every night anyway). I don’t party but do enjoy a glass of wine while watching Netflix in the evening. I smoke but only outside of course. Looking for a safe and friendly roommate who hopefully can be a good friend.
