Joshua is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Marine Vet Single Dad with full custody of my 4yr old daughter Was staying with family in new kent but have to move out due to worsening health conditions of my grandma who needs to move from Texas up here, and just not enough room. I'm very tidy, usually won't be home until night time, don't stay up late. Only person that would be coming over is a friend who would babysit my daughter. Preferably would like a female roommate just bc I feel more comfortable than another male idk around my daughter.
