Hello, my name is Ian Winslow. I am 26 and looking for a roommate for south austin/ southpark meadows area or for a good situation closer to San Marcos. Im looking at a few apartments in this area but I have my eye on Courtland South. I'd like to split around 16-1800(not including utilities) a month with someone for a mid to late July move-in date. Im outgoing, clean and professional. I'm good with pets, but I wont be bringing any(Mom's dog in photo). My preference would be for cats or smaller dogs.
