I'm a 46 year old male on permanent disability looking for a long term rental (years). I have no mobility issues but I don't work anymore, you could say I'm retired. I'm very clean, and keep to myself. I spend most days gardening (indoor /outdoor) or reading. No alcohol or drugs here. I get my groceries delivered most weeks. I doubt parking will be a concern. I'm divorced and have 2 children from my second marriage but they like in Kamloops now and don't visit so that won't be a problem either.
