I'm looking to rent a room I am employed all though I don't work through a business I'm a freelancer I work through gig apps like Angie's services exc..... I will make sure that I have my share of the rent on time and I can pay a portion of pg&e as well I will provide my own food as i get food stamps i clean up after my self i will have company from time to time its just 1 to 2 people im quiet i dont complain i keep to my self really but i do have a male friend that may come spend the night every once and a while but he is very respectful i do smoke cigarettes,vapes,and marijuana i perfer to smoke in my room if thats ok i have no pets and no kids living with me I cook and clean and yeah thats me
