Kymm is Looking for a House to Rent

I'm a 40's female Ottawa born & raised, no drama, low-key, super clean, non partying, well of course celebrations and such. I don't do drugs of any kind, alcohol nope, but won't mind if roomier does so in moderation, preferably someone employed and or that maintains a routine, definitely someone who's (not) socially awkward, * non-agoraphobic, I use that term "lightly". Not a negative,.drama infused person, chill, trusting and clean and very respectful about noise and lots of constant visitors. Would agree to a police check if we're to go in on a place together as well as references. Lastly you must get along well with others from any and all culture's and race, and like myself, be respectful of other's time, space and privacy, oh right, I almost forgot, you optimistic and always see the glass "half full" a sense of humor is a bonus lol.
