Joe is Looking for a Room to Rent

I've just moved here from New Zealand and have a full-time in-office job as a marketing coordinator. I enjoy keeping active and am here to experience a new country, so will be out quite a lot, and tend to cook meals that'll last me a few days, so won't be using the kitchen too often. I'm very easy going and like spending time with the people I live with, but am also quiet and respectful of others' needs. I don't smoke, like to keep my house clean, and can provide references.
