John is Looking for a House to Rent

I have a daughter but she does not live with me and I smoke cigarettes but only outside. I'm clean and have good hygiene. I love to cook and I also cut hair as a barber on the side. I work alot and enjoy working out and relaxing outside or staying on the couch watching movies. I'm a good listener and really respectful. I'm a complete gentlemen and respect others privacy. I do not like to get out after 10 p.m mainly because I like to get a good night's sleep. I'm very respectful of others while they sleep. I like to wake up early and drink coffee and get my day planned. I can do any maintenance or upkeep on a house and I do really professional work and have the tools to do almost anything as far as residential construction.
