48 - 60, professional couple Large room wanted Total budget: $1,000 /month Description We are very good tenants, always paid on time, we are very clean and once a year our landlord did a walkthrough and we always felt good knowing she was happy with the cleanliness of apt and never any damage. She provided us with a letter of recommendation for renting a home. We are currently looking for a room for rent or something in our listed budget.Our last house was sold due to landlord retiring and relocating. We are clean, organized and respectful. We are fun we get along with everyone. We don't have any animals, but we absolutely love them so it's okay if you have animals. Both of us are employed.We will help with chores, as well as anything else that need done. My husband is very handy as well. Anywhere in Carroll County Maryland works. We haven't had luck finding a place that's suitable, so paying $2480.00 a month for a hotel is just not a place to call home, not to mention the price. We also would not have any guests at the home unless we asked for permission from the people whom live there we just feel it's appropriate so that everyone is aware and comfortable with it. We are definitely very easy to get along with, respectful, responsible. We have good hearts and enjoy being kind and helpful. We are trustworthy as well. Neither one of us are sex offenders. We don't have a issue with alcohol or marijuana in the home.(My husband does partake with marijuana) Lol. However if it is not allowed, we would absolutely respect that.
