Usmc vet looking to start up a business in the local area. Private, not looking to step on anyone's toes or be intrusive. Loyal and trustworthy. I intend keep to my self and have no problem keeping a vigilant eye on the property. I have no interest in partying or having company over whatsoever. Consider me invisible. Strong believer in the clean your own dish rule of thumb( you use it you clean it) goes for the common areas as well. Remove shoes before entering. I'm interested in a month to month arrangement for the next 3-6 months. Flexible with your needs as far as scheduling goes with showers kitchen and laundry usage I'm the guest. No problem in sharing the daily/ weekly chores.
