Riel is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

My partner and I (24 female, 34 male) have been looking for a place to live, but with prices the way they are the only places we could comfortably afford together would be in sketchy areas given that those are the only "affordable" areas available. We have 1 male cat, he is neutered and has all his shots. We are looking for a roomate(s) to rent with so we can split the bill and make living in a decent area possible. Neither of us mind smoking (both of us currently smoke cigarettes outside, and formerly smoked pot though neither of us do anymore) so as long as there isn't excessive indoor smoking without a window or 2 open, we are fine.
