Eve is Looking for a Room to Rent

hello! my partner and i are looking for a room or apartment in durham starting around may 15. we are looking for a private room but sharing a bathroom and common spaces is fine! we would ideally like to keep rent under $1100/month. we’d like to be within 20 minutes of downtown durham. a little about us: my name is Eve (she/they) and i’m currently a WFH transcriptionist and i’m planning on going back to school for medical coding this fall. my partner Wednesday (they/them) is working at a bakery in durham and pet sits on the side. we are 21 and both enjoy listening to music, making art, thrifting, and going to bookstores and libraries! we’re neat and like to keep common areas clean. we would love to be friends with whoever we room with! we are lgbtq+ and 420 friendly :) we do occasionally smoke weed but only outside. we also have a dog named October. she’s super sweet and gets along great with other people and pets! please reach out at 757-348-4277. thank you!
