John is Looking for a House to Rent

I'm a retired musician on a fixed income. Easy going, respectful and considerate with a live and let live hippie-like personality. Any room mate should be tolerant of me giving occasional guitar lessons to supplement my income. Nothing loud, acoustic guitars only. Prefer to not be around negativity like racism of any type. A good since of humor is important also. I'll not tell any lies and say I'm the tidiest person in the world but neither am I a slob or dirty. I like a clean bathroom, clean dishes etc. Endless hours traveling from town to town with 4 or more other people in a van teaches you the importance of personal hygiene, so no worries there.
