Ashlyn is Looking for a House to Rent

I live in Texas currently and I am really wanting to get out of my home town. I've been to St. Pete quite a few times to visit my Aunt that lives there. I'm really looking foward to moving there to start a life! I just love St.Pete and I love the vibes of the area! I own a dog, she's a Great Pyreness named Kiara. She is large breed fluffy dog, she gets along really well with other animals and people. She is really sweet and very well trained/obedient. I am super easy going and big on communication in a household to keep harmony and cohesiveness. I am really friendly, outgoing, I can be kinda blunt/foward though haha, definitely a people person overall, I look foward to getting to know my roommate definitely, but I like my alone time too. I tend to go out by myself alot with my dog. There aren't any beaches where I live currently but my dog and I go hiking/walking or to the lake about every other day. I really prefer to live somewhere close to downtown to have a short commute to different places. I don't care at all if you're a smoker, but I am not really okay with it in house. I am super easy to get along with over all, not alot bothers me. I am not by any means a neat freak, but clutter and things being messy/dirty kinda bother me and I'm always try to keep the common living spaces picked up. Another thing, I can keep items in storage if I dont need to use what I have, but I've been acquiring different utilities/furniture while preparing to move out so currently (if needed) for common rooms I have: a washer/dryer set, pots/pans and all dishware (minus silverware) that all match, I have a couch, and chairs that match as well, an entertainment center, a couple chest of drawers, microwave, toaster oven, glassware, mini fridge, and some odds and ends of decorative items.
