Jasmine is Looking for a House to Rent

I'm a female in my early 40s looking for a room to rent in a house in Irvine, Tustin, or surrounding areas. I work full time, although I work part time from home a few days a week. Aside from that I spend a lot of time at the gym and like to relax at home. I do all my own cooking so I need full kitchen privileges. I don't drink or smoke, am very quiet, clean, respectful and responsible and keep to myself. Looking for roommates in their 30s-50s who work full time and don't bring the party home. I can do $1,000 total. Looking for a relaxed, peaceful/quiet environment where I can live independently with others who all treat each other as equals. No dogs or children please. Would prefer my own bathroom but will share with one person. Good vibes only. 😊
