Maggie is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hi! I’m Maggie!! I’m a Colorado State University student who is going into their last year of undergrad. I am an English Education major, and an assistant preschool teacher! I am a little messy but will keep our shared spaces clean (bathroom, living room, etc…), I am conscientious of my noise levels when people are studying, sleeping, or doing other things where they can’t have noisy distractions. I do sing but will do it when you are not home or keep it to a low level (and know when to not do it when you need the noise to a minimum), I like listening to music but can listen to headphones when needed, and same goes for watching tv. I like having people over, but we can talk about good times to have people over, and talk about boundaries with that. I will help you clean and we can balance the costs of groceries and other things. I respect boundaries and am a good communicator. I tend to sleep in and stay up late which is good for you to know. I am open to talking through what living together might look like, and am open to making changes if things aren’t working out in our living situation. I appreciate it when my roommates communicate with me about their needs and living styles. I am single currently, and do not live with a partner.
