Hello! I'm looking for a single room within 5:miles of S Circle/ Fountain to rent starting in October for myself and my daughter. Our current situation has changed due to unforeseen circumstances, and we need a new place to call home. About Us: Past Experience: Currently renting a room in a multi unit community. Previously rented from an older couple and 2 adult sons for 4 years. Lifestyle: Clean, quiet, and responsible. We have no pets but love them, non smoker, no drugs or alcohol. I prioritize paying rent and bills on time. Hobbies: Guitar, hiking, outdoor adventures, DIY projects, and volunteering with Special Olympics. Family: Full-time mom to a special needs daughter, focusing on her care and activities. Transportation: No car, so no competing expenses like insurance or gas.
