Paul is Looking for a Room to Rent

My Name is Theresa Falzone 480-255-1200. Paul is my friend whom I help and he is a retired marine. Keeps to himself most of the time. quiet and a homebody. Has no animals but would like one once he finds a suitable place. Goes out for groceries and doctors when needed with me as he has no car and does not drive due to low vision. He does smoke but only outside and occasionally he will have a beer. He likes movies and watching things like Reacher- or cope/criminal shows. He plays card Rummy- Spades and Penney anti Poker. I am his POA and would be the one paying all his bills. He is on a fixed income and does not have much in the way of personal Property. His vision is still good and he will be going through Cataract surgery to be scheduled in the near future. He does not due drugs or lie to anyone. This is pretty much the reason why he wants to move from his current room rent situation. The owner after 12 days of living there and rent paid in full with security deposit moved someone else in to Paul's room while he was grocery shopping. Never discussed this just did it. So if your place is available he would need to move by 1-17-24. He would need to see your place and I can drive him today 1-7-24 anytime or M-Thursday after 4pm.
