Audrey is Looking for a House to Rent

I am helping a male friend in Costa Mesa find a new place to live. He is a retired 63 year old man that likes to stay to himself. He would describe himself as a simple beach bum. He is in good health and rides his bicycle everywhere. He enjoys the outdoors and is knowledgeable about plants. He needs a place beginning February 1st. He is collecting his Social Security so you would definitely be paid every month. He is helpful around a house and would be great at landscaping!
