Hey there, Thank u for reading my post, im looking for 1-2 roommates that I can start a lease with in a 3 bdrm 2 bath house, condo or luxury apartment. My budget is $1000-1200 and I would like to sign a lease/contract to be secured and move in by July 2024📣📣📣 My name is Jessica, Im a single female, 35 yrs old, Healthcare worker, quiet, clean, respectful, laid back and chill woman. I love going to beaches, nature walks, restaurants, mall trips, dog parks, sprts bars, edm shows, live bands and roadtrips to orlando. If you're new, i dont mind showing u around. Im pretty friendly, positive mindset, supportive, caring, outgoing, respectful and funny. I don't enjoy hard drugs,excessive alcohol use and loud music, im super laid back and chill. I have 2 cats and a chocolate lab mix, they are my babies which i clean up after them. Im looking for a longterm roommate.
