Absolutely Friendly,kids with me every other weekend ,2 daughters 13,15 very well behaved and structured young ladies,I like to have fun but I am not loud and don't really have company over unless it's my companion or we're having a mutual BBQ that's it ,my house is my sanctuary so usually work crazy hours and come home shower and do arts and crafts in my room and watch documentaries, Really don't care what some one else who loves and pays the same bills what they do ,, that's there business as much as mine is my business. Prefer a male roommate over a female but not completely against trying it out.
